Cattier
The family behind Cattier started their wine yeard back in 1625, but only started producing champagne in 1918. Jean Cattier (senior) returned wounded from World War I, where he continued the families production of wine, but now in the form of champagne. In 1936 Jean Cattiers son, Jean Cattier (junior), took over the family business. In 1950 the Cattier family bought the Clos de Moulin wine yard and expanded with a new series of champagnes, produced with the grapes from the new land.
